The Union Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) has announced its plan to hold 10 public consultations in Mumbai, Goa, Cochin, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar, Gujarat, Karnataka, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal to gather public opinion on amendments required in the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Notification of 1991.
The public hearing in Kochi will be held on September 2nd Week
